Pizza Appetizer Rolls with Genoa Salame and Hard Salame

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound Daniele Genoa Salame, sliced
  • 1/4 pound Daniele Hard Salame, sliced
  • 10 ounce pizza crust dough
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Roll pizza crust dough into a square on the baking sheet. Layer Genoa Salame, Milano Brand Salame and provolone cheese on the pizza crust dough. Starting from one edge, roll the dough and its contents to the opposite edge. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and serve.
