Preheat Oven to 400°F. Slice the bread into ½ inch thick slices and brush with olive oil. Arrange bread on a baking sheet and bake until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and let cool before topping with mixture. Slice Daniele Chorizo on a bias and bake until crispy. In a large bowl, whisk together the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 25 Crostini.
