Ciao! My name is Marcello and I am a native of Tuscany, Italy.

I have been involved with the art of charcuterie for almost my entire life so it is no wonder I have found my second home at Daniele, Inc. I have been working here for over three decades and have loved every minute!

The best part about my job is sharing my knowledge about dry-cured meats so that everyone can enjoy them just as much as my family and I do.
