What is Del Duca® Prosciutto?

Prosciutto (pronounced: pro-shoot-oh) is the Italian word for ham. In the United States, the word Prosciutto references dry-cured ham. Simply put, a raw ham is covered with salt and hung to dry for about a year. At Daniele, Inc. we only use the best American hams. What is Salame?

Salame, also known as Salami in the United States (pronounced: suh-lah-mee), is finely ground dry-cured pork. Sopressata (pronounced: soh-pres-sah-tah) is an Italian dry-cured salame. We at Daniele, Inc. are inspired by the traditions of Southern Italy and the Friuli region when we craft this delicious coarsely ground premium pork.
